Overview
A channel manager is a powerful distribution platform that helps you distribute your property across multiple OTAs and booking channels. By integrating SyncStays with a channel manager, you can:

âšī¸ Before You Start: You need an active channel manager account (such as AIOsell or similar) and a hotel code. Contact your channel manager provider if you don't have these yet.

Integration Steps
Step 1: Prepare Your SyncStays Account
Ensure your SyncStays hotel account is fully set up:
- â Hotel name and contact details configured
- â All rooms and room types created with rates
- â Seasons and pricing calendar set
- â Housekeeping and operations workflows configured
Step 2: Enable Channel Manager on OTA Platform
Log into each OTA you want to connect (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.):
- Navigate to Settings or Admin section
- Look for "Channel Manager" or "Distribution Setup"
- Search for and select your channel manager provider name (e.g., "AIOsell", or your provider's name)
- Click "Enable" or "Connect"
- The OTA will show you a Hotel Code or Property ID
đ Important: Save Your Hotel Code
After enabling the channel manager on the OTA, you'll receive a unique Hotel Code. This code is all you need to connect SyncStays with your OTA through the channel manager. Save it in a safe place!
