1. No physical shipment
SyncStays provides software and hosted booking pages. There are no physical goods, and therefore no shipping, courier, or delivery charges apply to any payment made to SyncStays.
2. Delivery of the software subscription
Access to the SyncStays platform is provisioned electronically. On successful payment and account activation, access is normally available immediately, and in any case within 24 hours, through the login on our website.
Account credentials and access details are sent to the email address registered with the account.
3. Delivery of a hotel booking confirmation
When a guest completes a booking on a hotel's booking page, the reservation is confirmed on screen immediately after payment is authorised, and a confirmation is recorded against the hotel's reservation system at once.
The stay itself is provided by the hotel on the booked dates, at the property address shown on its booking page.
4. If access or confirmation does not arrive
If a payment has been completed but access or a booking confirmation has not appeared, contact syncstays@gmail.com with the payment reference. We will resolve it or arrange a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
