By accessing SyncStays, creating an account, or completing a booking on a hotel's booking page hosted by us, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SyncStays is a hotel management software platform. We provide property-management tools to hotels and host direct-booking pages on their behalf.
3. The service
SyncStays provides a subscription-based software platform for hotels, covering reservations, front-desk operations, housekeeping, billing, channel-manager connectivity, and an optional direct-booking page.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may carry out maintenance or update features from time to time.
4. Bookings made through a hotel's booking page
The hotel is the service provider. When a guest books through a SyncStays-hosted booking page, the accommodation contract is between the guest and that hotel. SyncStays provides the technology; it does not own, operate, or control the property.
Payments made on a hotel's booking page are collected into that hotel's own payment-gateway account. SyncStays is not the merchant of record for those bookings and does not hold guest funds.
Room rates, availability, taxes, check-in and check-out times, and the cancellation and refund terms that apply to a stay are set by the hotel and displayed on its booking page before payment. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers SyncStays subscription fees only, not hotel bookings.
Each hotel is responsible for honouring the policies it publishes, and for handling cancellations, refunds and guest disputes for its own bookings.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Hotels are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish, for the security of their account credentials, and for the actions of staff accounts they create.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to process payments for goods or services other than those the account was registered for.
6. Subscription fees
Subscription charges are shown on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen period, and are collected by SyncStays. Taxes are applied as required by law.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and the service continues until the end of the paid period, but no pro-rata refund is issued. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the limited exceptions, such as a payment taken in error.
Where a subscription is not renewed, access to the platform ends at the end of the paid period. Hotels are advised to export any data they wish to retain before that date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SyncStays is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
