Which OTAs do you support? +

Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Expedia, Airbnb and most other major channels available through our channel manager partner network. Tell us which OTAs you use and we'll confirm coverage.

How do you prevent double-bookings? +

The moment any OTA sells a room, SyncStays receives the reservation, decrements inventory in your dashboard, and pushes the updated availability to every other connected OTA — all within seconds. The window for double-booking effectively disappears.

Can I sync only some of my OTAs? +

Yes. You decide which OTAs to connect. For restrictions and rate updates, you can also target specific channels — e.g. stop-sell on Booking.com only while keeping Agoda open.

What if I'm on the Free plan? +

The Channel Manager is a separate add-on that works on Free, Pro and Elite plans. You don't need to upgrade your base SyncStays plan to use it.

How long does setup take? +

Typically 1–3 business days after we receive your OTA credentials. Our team handles the integration, mapping of room types, and testing — you get a working channel manager with no technical work required from your side.

Is there a contract or commitment? +

No long-term contract. Month-to-month billing with the option to cancel any time. Annual plans get a discount — call us to discuss.

What happens if the OTA's system is down? +

SyncStays queues changes and retries automatically once the OTA comes back online. You'll see a clear status in the dashboard and our team monitors for sustained outages.
